Vortec Wire Harness Rebuild - Who Would You Recommend???

I have a wire harness for a '03 5.3 Vortec that I need to pay someone to clean up, solder a common ground, and tape it up with non-sticky automotive grade tape. Do you guys have any suggestions? I've already removed all the unneeded wires, and the engine has been running great with the harness. The harness is just ugly as spit, and I want someone to make it look awesome.com.

Have you looked at using powerbraid and and then shrink tube at the ends instead of taping? It's available in both split and non. Looks good and easy to work with.
