yeah, when i swapped the engine on mine, the difference in power was night and day. sounds like you got a killer deal on the donor vehicle.

yeh the truck i found he said the frame went bad...he kept his tranny and sold the rear end and bed...i get the rest for $450. blazin...ill let you know when i know. i have seen the truck yet

Swap it all , Dash , seats , console , wiring , everything . Find a drivers drop D60 . Do a 89-91 grille with the headlight conversion to single lenses and halogen bulbs so you can use the front end wiring .

That bar under the dash will give the cab some side to side rigidity . ( I have a 99 sitting at home now waiting a fresh 4l60e )
