I'm not sure where that "one vote every 48 hours" thing started, but I pulled this off of his "how it works" page:

I just tested my link. Why doesn't it show up?
The statistics are updated once every hour, so your clicks won't show up immediately. Also, only one vote is registered per visitor every 12 hours to avoid artificially inflating the numbers. And don't forget to double check your link code! Make sure you replace "username" with the username you signed up with.

Notice that it says you can vote every 12 hours.....

he said he was crashing because of the vote traffic. He sent an e-mail stating the vote count was being lowered to once every 48 hours as counting. Now I don't know for how long, so..... vote

Also, only one vote per visitor will be recorded every 48 hours.

This was copied off of the second paragraph of the How it works page. He was getting too much traffic, that's why the site was crashing. We're up by 1 now, time to pull ahead and prove that not even a server problem can keep us down!

Shouldn't it be called uncommon sense?
