I THINK its .018. Im not exactly sure. Did you use a 241 tone ring on yours? I am about to undergo the same thing and was curious how you drilled and tapped for the sensor itself? Doesnt seem like it would be close enough without countersinking the sensor down into the housing.
Well got it handled. Ended up at .015 and works good. I did use a 241 ring and you do have to set it down into the housing. Overall a pretty easy job, but time consuming when you dont have fancy tools for machining parts.
put a couple hundred miles on it today, and it runs like a different truck. I figured having the vss would help it out some, but man does it just work better. (89 tbi454)
