i'll guess the on on the mirror is for cb and on the bumper are for flags (for the dunes)

you got it... Out here they require flags for the dunes. Also you have to have a flag for the badlands. And the one on the miror is a 5 foot firestick and yes it hits on everything...lol

Yeah I know how that goes, out in Oceano Dunes at Pismo you have to have them too. But why two? Most guys around here have their CB/Ham antennas and then a flag on the rear bumper.
