wanna give a thumbs up to the guys at wfo!!

i called them today (around 12pm their time)and need a draglink shipped asap for this weekend...usually they do them by measurements but since my crossover isint on the truck yet we couldnt take measurement...spent about a hour on the phone giving him all the info i could and he said he would get it out TODAY with 2 day shipping!!

so i start wrenching on the truck and at the end of the night i look at my phone (couldnt hear it) and i had 8 missed calls and 2 voicemails...they were all from wfo asking me if i had a 60 or a 44 (they had neglected to ask me)..i told them it was for a 44 and they were relived because they made it for a 44...lucily they were waing around to see if i called back...as sson as i did they rushed off to ups!!

talk about customer service...two thumbs up!!!

as far as ord goes (if some of you are wondering why i didnt order from them)
they were the first ones i called...to make a long story short a girl i had never talked to named christinia basically hung the phone up on me...i was gonna ask to talk to stephen but never got a chance to before i heard dial tone...

I got my x over stuff too from wfo and was very impressed with both the product and customer service!

I chose wfo over ORD just cause wfo's draglink allowed me to use my stock ends and I'm p[retty cheap and wanted to save $100 or so

I did get my steering box brace from ord and it shipped fast, didnt call or anything so I cant say much either way for customner service

I have had not one but four good dealings with trevor over there at wfo, always willing to spend the time to let me ramble and he always has asked plenty of questions to make sure I get the right part.

yeah its for a 44...i bought my arm and pitman arm from skyy (good quality bad CS) and the draglink from wfo...looking back on it i would have just bought it all from wfo and made it simple...
