How much work do you want to do?
How loud are you looking for? 60-70's big car horn or "watch out a train's coming!" loud?
There's the all electric loud horns that are basically just the loudest versions of standard car horns possible. Hella has a twin horn version of this kit that gets good reviews from folks I know.
ccatlett just put twin airhorns on his CUCV. His write up is over on www.SteelSoldiers.com . That'll be REALLY loud.
If you want "big retro honk" car horn loud then just go hit the junkyards.
