I have a good used Warn 15000lb 12v winch. The cable and motor were replaced 6 or 7 years ago and have maybe half a dozen pulls on them.
It works great and has never popped out of engagement and smoothly locks in and out. Includes battery leads and cable remote.
I'll also throw in the mount plate that could be used to start a bumper, I have the frame brackets but they've been modified a little to set it back further for a better approach angle but you can have them too.
Located in Napa, CA for local pickup or I can help with delivery to reasonable distances and gas $$$ as it easily fits in the trunk of my car.
