Warn Enforcer bumper...opinions?

Weak from what i've heard...aside from the winch mount part.

Rene

Thanks

Thanks for the info. Any other bumper you would suggest? Also wouldn't mind finding a good solid rear bumper with a built in swing arm for the spare, jerry can and hi lift storage would be nice as well.

Unfortunately 4x4 Iron went out of business. My current front and rear bumpers are made by them. There are others here that do bumpers and they should answer up soon.

Warn Classic

Like Rene said, the center section of the classic bumper is fine. The sides get tweaked pretty easy. I'll take pics tonight and show what I mean.

warn classic

The center section is the only good piece on the bumper. I have one on my '79, only reason I got it was the price, it was used & cheap!!
The center section in fairly strong, but the sides are like 14ga, and will bend with very little pressure!! I plan on building some stronger sides & welding them on in the future.

I found a place that has the Warn bumper with mounting hardware $270 shipped for my 73 K20. So I will probly go that route then just weld in some more support on the ends. Unless in the next month I find a better bumper for $300...
