WARN full floating kit.

Is this a bolt on kit or does it require welding?

How much of the existing spindle is cut off on a 12 bolt.

I have only done a few, no weilding !
About 1/2 inch.

No welding, cutting is about a half inch. Sound like a broken record?:-)
The cutting could be done with a hacksaw if you had enough beans to run it that long, but a hand held bandsaw or a sawsall works better. It doesn't have to be really precise, and can be cleaned up with a grinder. You will also need a couple of clamps and a 7/16 drill bit and motor to drill the holes larger.

How much for the kit. Are you stocking them?
The axles in my 12 bolt are questionable and I need to do something soon.

Also can you run disk brakes with the kit?

If they aren't in stock, we usually have them within 3-4 days. Cost is $805.
You can run discs with it, just like a plain old 12 bolt. Warn has the brackets, or you can use a standard 12 bolt kit.

Back bearing on the driver side had a repair bearing in it. I want to get back to stock bearings and either need to order replacement axles. Was wondering about the ff kit.

Got the front rebuilt and installed. Waiting on the shocks and brake lines to finsih the front. Passenger side hub was shot. Wound up having to replace that.
