I currently have my rig apart doing a brake job and checking axle U-joints and the O-rings on the 12 hub body bolts are destroyed and I need some new ones.

Does anyone know where I can get a new set of O-rings for the hub bolts? I've already been to the local parts store and their smallest O-ring was too large on the OD. I know Warn must have a parts kit for these but the only thing I can find is part number 11714 and from the searching I did this kit contains both snap rings, 12 new bolts but NO O-rings.

I know I've seen the rebuild kits with new screws and O rings. I just can't remember where.

Try any of the bigger places that sell those hubs, I'd be talking to PORC though I bet that (I hate to say it) 4WP would have it too. In my experience, when hubs are warrantied the companies simply replace what's broken and give you your hubs back. That makes me feel like they have every part to fix them, I definitely got new o-rings and bolts when I had my Warn's warrantied.

Well, from what I can find, your part number is correct. I find that kit in lots of places, and in the few that show a picture, they show the rings.

Doesn't mean a lot of course, lots of those places use a generic picture.
However, here is a place that has several places that sell that kit with prices.

Click on a couple of the links, and if you are in a hurry, call them and see if the rings are included.
If not, send them an E-mail.

Two other thoughts come to mind.
The last few times I pulled my non-warn hubs off, I put a small shot of RTV into the socket before I put in the screw. Never had any water get in that way.

Also, you are a machinist, how about measuring the ID of the holes, and the OD of the screw shafts for a slip fit.

There are lots of places that you can order o-rings from, given the dimensions.

They should be fairly cheap, and if they have a minimum order, get a bunch and make up replacement kits and sell them here.
Most of the time all you need is the rings anyway.

Thanks guys for the info. I have to go to 4wheel parts to warranty out my 99012 shocks so i'm going to ask them while i'm there if they sell a "kit" of sorts.
