Warn M12000 repair

It lets out, wont pull in. Previous owner said rapping on it lightly would cause the solenoid to pull in (now it makes one click). Looked in box, looks to be several solenoids, went to local 4x4 place and said there it only one. Another place I wento said there was four. Also, would a generic multipurpose solenoid from Orielly work?

Call up warn and act like you just bought it new and one of the solenoids is already bad. They will send you 4 new solenoids free, no questions asked. I had to do this on my brand new 8274, one of the terminals on the solenoid was broke.
