Warn M8274 owners

How much cable will this winch will hold? I know Warn says 150 ft, but I was wondering if anybody has been able to squeeze on a few more feet.

I know sombody that made a wide drum for it and can handle about 225ft.
I think the new rop stuff flattens out and you can get a little more on it also.

Yeah, Master Pull fits a little tighter.

I have an M6000, which is only rated for 80' of cable. I ordered an 80' Master Pull and I have lots of room left on the drum. I should have got a 100'

I have had 3/8 wire rope, instead of stock 7/16, but I would not reccomend it. You will lose saftey margin.
I think I got around 180 ft.
