1/2 ton status
my dad has a 96 hummer with a 12 series warn winch. it doesnt work and the dealer here is absolutely useless 
. i know nothing about winches so i would like some advice from experts here.
the clutch handle is very very very stiff to turn. my dad tried it once and could only turn it using a closed wrench for leverage (i am not sure if that was a good idea forcing it). when the controller is plugged in and swtiched, i think we can only hear the solenoid engaging but nothing else. even when the clutch handle is turned to spool the cable out, the drum wont budge.
how easy is it to take apart? does anyone have one of those assembly pictures for one? any help would be extremely....ummm....helpful.
