Warning labels

Not sure where to post this or even what to title it. I have had this sticker or label between the visors on the roof sense we have owned the 82 c10

Back story, it was originally bought by the government/ military and gm heritage doesn’t have any info on it and the spid is long gone.

Long shot but does anyone know what it is?

Warning sticker to change oil/air cleaner more often in heavy duty or dusty conditions?

That’s possible also it has those 3 holes on the inside of the cab and the roof has like a 1 inch hole through the first layer.

It does, but it’s in the center of the cab near the windshield.

I do remember we had a few spots for a cb, I somewhat think it had one in that spot.

I wonder if the sticker was to warn about using one In dusty conditions? A spot light would be a littler weird in the center of the roof, but it does have me researching now.
