Need to know what colored wire coming out of the steering column activates the washer pump. Fixed the wiring under the hood and verified the pump actually works so maybe the switch is bad? 
When I twist the wiper switch the wipers turn on but no pump action.
Shouldn’t matter but I have delay wipers.
