No they are not.
I have been trying to give them away and finally had to scrap them

complete with caps and rings can bring a few bucks. I got $300 for a set a couple years ago with weathered 33's on them.

These used to be a dime a dozen.. sad part is, I am looking for some and refuse to pay that. Probably why I’m still looking..
