Water getting into cab , drivers side

Ive gotten most of my water leaks taken care of but one. Ive got water dripping down from the bottom screw hole that holds the Hood Release. My question is this, what is behind that panel that would allow water to come thru this hole? Ive got my cowling all sealed up, along with windshield, what else can I look for? Is pulling the fender in my future?
