Hey we need more guys and gals to join CK5. Lets not forget this site that we all love to come to for, well darn near everything almost was shut down not to long ago do to the cost that Steve was haveing to put out. So come on here People Join CK5. And wear Orange.

Slowly but surely I'm noticing a lot of longtimers converting to orange!! We could always use more though.......I guess some people might not have the cash right now but, hey, it's only 25 bucks. It cost me almost $40 with the exchange rate so $25 is a deal AFAIC......

I joined about a week ago. Just because we aren't orange yet does not mean we are not members. Takes awhile sometimes for Steve to get around to us all.

I'm finally orange! LOL, looks like Steve is up and running again so there should be several new orange names.

ive been a member for almost 2 years, and i have no idea what you guys are talking about, what does an orange name mean? i guess im not on here too much.
 
The membership we're talking about is different than simply registering a username. For $25 a year, you get your name in orange, you get to choose your title(I chose MountainBoy), and you can get discounts at vendors who sponsor CK5. Check out the "Become a Member" link on the main page for more info.......

The main reason a lot of us have joined is to help Steve pay the bills- for a while he was spending a chunk of his own cash every month to keep CK5 alive. I look at it this way- Where else can you have so much fun for only 2 bucks a month?

Ijoined up about a month and a hlaf ago. Turned orange a few days ago i'd say that is pretty quick response. Just though I would help out. DD
 
as soon as i get my k5 and start modding ill get a membership....right now all my money is saved to GET a blazer first, then ill sign up

Steve just PM'ed me and said my membership is done. It took me a while, but I'm officially a member now.

Come on everyone,join up,it's only $25.00.Take the pressure off Steve.I am in Canada and it cost me just over $40.00....but it is worth it,the site is awesome.

I know it takes time for everything. I just didn't think it would hurt to help Steve out a little. We have a few new people here who mite not know about the membership. Or don't remember how close that this site was to being shut down.
Man if that happend I don't think my body could handle the withdrawal lol

Man, I wish I had the $25 to wear orange. My paychecks have been a little thin since Sept 11, so I have no cash right now. Especially since I'm about to buy that 76 Trans Am on credit. Haha. Good luck with the orange stuff, Steve! Maybe one day I will be able to help you out, bud.

I went to go sign up, but It keeps saying that the page is no longer available. Guess I'll just keep trying.
 
I just put my membership $ in the mail about 30 minutes ago. Hopefully sometime later this week I'll be orange!

My Chevy isn't broken, its just out of gas.
 
all the help i have gotten has easly saved me more than $25. joining is not a problem. cant wait to be orange. do i get that cool k5 sticker for the blazer.
