steve - say we had a th 400 trans 203 t case and the 2nd gen doubler down to a 1350 c/v shaft - to a dana 70 out back locked up and a set of 39.5 boggers what's the weak link in the rear section ? on to the front 205 t case front output 32 spline and one ton c/v shaft to a dana 60 locked up running 5:13's ? what about the front ? and do you think the weak link should always be the driveline? is there anything in your doubler 2nd gen kit that would be the weak link in this system ? thanks for your time- Jess

u-joint at diff in rear.

u-joints in axles in front or hubs

These would probably be what breaks.

Ideally, we would all have fusible hubs all the way around.

The doubler is plenty strong, something else would probably fail first. But as always, YMMV.

Fusible hubs would be nice, but they don't make em for a Dana 60 front. btw...I would like to know this as well. :)
