Nah, I made it in today. Actually pretty impressed with the work the snow plows had done this morning. Roads were pretty clear. Some of our suppliers weren't so lucky.

It's too damn cold to be riding a snowmobile!
I was wondering about cities where it snows really big like that, what happens on days you're snowed in? Do you get paid? Do the employees have "snow days" the same way you'd have sick days? Down here if it sleets some places close and you're just S.O.L. unless you use vacation time.

Not at any job I've ever had. You either get your ass in there or you don't get paid. I suppose if you had vacation days or something on the books, some places would let you use a day to cover the loss of hours. Some places I have worked wouldn't allow a short notice use of a vacation day.
How deep... I don't know. Very deep, measured in feet.
