Weatherstripping question. Too cold

I need to figure out how to relax the weatherstripping I just put on the back doors ( barn doors).

It's very cold here and I can't get the doors fully shut.

Heat gun? Maybe.

I need to get these doors to close better.

Blow dryer from garage sale or thrift store. I got a nice compact one, that my wife now borrows for trips.

Decent new ones are cheap too, if you are in a hurry. My garage one is was like $13 on prime
