I started having my headlights flicker while driving along with my cd player and figured it was the old alternator I got from my dad. It was charging fine cause the truck was never dead or short on power after sitting all night.

So I got a new alternator, no change. The weird is that it only does it while the truck is in motion and seems to lessen when the truck is in motion and out of gear. When the truck is not in motion idling it has no problem, I have tried stuff like wiggling every wiring harness, revving the engine, rocking the truck back and forth and even putting it in gear and loading it up against the parking brake. But not problem, doesn't start until it starts moving. Its got me really puzzled. :dunno:

Sounds to me like a grounding issue.

Do you have all the grounds hooked up correctly?

haha wow that was stupid easy to fix. I checked all my wiring except for the one that goes to my cd player from the battery which had come apart behind the battery and both open ends where touching the battery box making the stereo come on. As for the headlights, my guess is that I added a relay box for the headlights directly wired to the battery is why they were acting up.
