weird issue with power windows..new motor..still no go

well, for the last year or two, my passenger window has been suuuuper slow, to the point where i had to help it go up and down. well, it finally stopped working a few weekends ago. today i replaced the passenger side motor, and after i got it all back together, it will wont go down. the motor has power, when i hit the switch it moves a little, but the window wont go down. I greased all the tracks where the wheels ride, and it still doesnt seem to help. i know the motor works as i can hear it and see it move the entire mechanisim inside the door. the motor actually will spin a couple of teeth, but like i said, it just twists a little bit inside the door.

is it possible it could be the regulator? it seemed ok when i had it all apart, but i didn't look at it too close.

anybody ever had this happen?

Clean switch/harness connections. Spray a little wd40 into switch and work switch
