I've seen this truck TWICE. Once last year, and yesterday. Yeah, the woman almost ran me over from the housing project next to it. This was down almost by the south street sea port, along the southern point of manhattan.
The ice cream truck acutally looks lifted. Its running BFG AT's in the front. The guy serving ice cream was clueless.
