Weird Vibration

I'm experiencing this strange vibration. At first, we thought maybe it was a pinion angle problem. It's a 4" lift with 35's and the transfer case has the spacers already installed. So we put in a 4 degree shim to point the pinion down and still no change. Someone had mentioned that my driveline looks like it might be a little short and it is coming out of the transfer case when I take off which could be causing the vibration ? It happens real bad when I leave the line and I do feel it sometimes when I'm cruising and I put a little load on it. Any other ideas you guys may have ? Thanks!

Did the shim make any difference at all? Better or worse?? If not, it is not the angles. did you do the tires at the same time of the lift?? Vibration only, or noise also? If noise, what kind?

Check the universals on the rear driveshaft. They tend to create vibrations when they are starting to go bad. They may look ok, but a little play can cause vibrations.
