My buddy just got a set of Weld Mountain Crusher wheels and they "creak" when they roll. The guy at the shop said they just do that. His did too. Just wondering if any one has had this happen to them?

i've also heard that creak you speak of. have your buddy remove the center caps and it should go away.
if it does, that's the problem. he can put them back on and pretty much ignore the noise or maybe grease the outer lip this may stop the creaking.

We tried it with the center caps off and it's still there. I think it's the simulated beadlock ring. It's a seperate piece from the wheel. It actually sounds like plastic when you tap on it. Kinda sucks that he paid that much money for a wheel and it sounds like it's gonna fall apart.
