Well a th400 NP205 adapter work on a Th350?

No, the trans side shape and bolt pattern are completely different. The TH350 has a 4 bolt, square pattern whereas the TH400 is octogon with 6 bolts.
Fyi, if you've found one the TH400 version adapter is pretty valuable.

Thats correct they are different. If you need a 350 to 205 adapter i've got one i'd be wiling to trade for a th400 to 205 adapter.

just incase someone searches, the th-400 tailhousing bolt pattern isnt symetrical. You cannot just turn the adapter upside down to flip a t-case.
Here is a file I made when I modified my TH-400 adapter to flip my 203. One color is the stock holes, the other is the upside down holes. All based off a Zero at the center of the rabbit fit.
