Had to do it...just got tired of 200ft pounds of non breaking impact...couldnt afford a ingersoll so i got the northern 900ft pound gun...looks nice we will have to see how it works any of you guys got this same gun???

Nice looking impact wrench. Yeah, thats one thing I would like to invest in pretty quick. I've got a crappy Craftsman impact that came in a free kit with the compressor I bought. That thing will barely brake lug nuts loose (and I torque my lug nuts with a torque wrench to 100 ft-lbs.).

How big of a compressor do you need to keep that thing going?

When I was young, I went to mechanic school and got to buy any Snap-On equipment for 1/2 price. I quit early on because it's a damn hard way to make a living. When I went to college, I sold most of that stuff including some air tools....and boy do I reget it now. I guess it was the right decision when I was broke, but it's still hard to think of all the stuff I gave away.

well right now all i have is a 4 hp 12 gallon but it puts out 5.9cfm at 90 psi...the gun requires 5 cfm to run right...i have had this compressor for about 10 years and i hate it...its all eletric and oilless=very loud...anyway i will be invesing in like a 4 hp 40 gallon later and that will gimme like 8 or 9 cfm at 90...and a whole lot more air not to run out of...but my compresspr will have to do for now...
