Well I\'m off.

It's finally time for me to go. The shitty thing is that every one of my 3 friends who were supposed to be coming with me sold out. It's now me by myself. I decided that I just couldn't miss it. Gonna be a long drive with no one to talk to lol. Not sure how long I'm gonna be in Vegas for now, I might just stay a couple extra days in Moab instead.

I finished all my build that I had time for. Could have used a couple more days to get it all done but oh well. Went and test drove it /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The day that I put my Iroks on I blew my gears in the front end. I haven't had 4wd since then. Now I have 4wd, a locker, and Iroks and it feels like a new truck. There were a few guys around in the test spot and they just stood around watching me play in the rocks for about half an hour then came and started asking me all kinds of questions about it. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif Felt good.

Anyways I digress. I will look forward to meeting you all in Moab. Oh and if there is anyone coming from this direction that would like to meet up sometime along the way to caravan that would be cool. I could use the company. My route isn't set in stone yet. Post up if you want I will check this post before I leave.

Nope I'm just about to leave Canada today. Just have some last minute stuff to take care of. Definitly doing Vegas after Moab. That way if I break something I will still have the cash to fix it Probably gonna be heading down to the 84 and taking it all the way to Salt Lake City. I think on the way to the 84 though I will go through the Grand Coulee Dam. I'm leaving in a couple of hours on the 27th, not sure how far I will make it but the plan is to be in Moab by the 30th.

Has anyone heard from Paxx? This was his last post about 2 weeks ago. I see now that he didn't get my # before he left. Did he make it home ok or what??

I was one of the last ones to talk to him at BB and I never asked him how long he was going to be in Vegas /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif, even though we BS'ed until 3:00 am one night.
I hope he didn't get thrown in jail, take bartender job there or get married /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif. I'm pretty sure he's just having a killer time there and just forgot about all us.
Maybe we should post a "Paxx is lost in Vegas, can someone find him" post /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif. I wonder if anyone in Vegas has seen him or this truck?

I called him and he is home safe. He never came thru Vegas and decided to go to Vancouver instead

Yep, I talked to him also tonight. Glad he made it OK.
We'll see if he has any good stories to tell and I'm sure he has some cool pic's to post because I took some of them with his camera /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
Sounds like a hell of a road trip.
