well, lets see if my one tons can hold up to these tractor tires....

I have CUCV axles, open front, crossover steering, fresh 350 th400 np208, etc. the truck did great with the 40 LTB's. just upgraded to a skinny 42in tall tractor tire. RYC is at the end of the month and we will see if 2.5 tons are in my future. hahaha. im really happy with how they turned out.

You might be ok. Being open in the front is going to help it live longer. The 14B should hold up, maybe twist a shaft. Those wheels look heavy though. Tractor tires break stuff. Guy I bought my boggers from had a set of 38" tractor tires that he kept on breaking D60 parts with....he was in the process of going to rockwells.
 
Stock shafts/joints in the front? 208? Those will definitely be the weak links.

The stock inners and joints are pretty good, the stock outers aren't up to 40"+ tires. I've personally broken stock GM outers, stock locking hubs, and an NP208 with 37's.

Stock Dana 60's are decent but there's a lot of room to grow, the factory stubs and locking hubs are the big weak links. If you had 35 spline outers and a 1 ton appropriate transfer case, you'd be fine.
 
You will break the stubshafts for sure, and after you upgrade shafts your next breakage will be the diff itself . Tractor tires are big heavy and aggresvie .

You need a set of 35-spline outers at a minimum , Yukon chromos Or RCV's would be better . But really all you would be doing is moving the carnage further in .
 
In the rear you need to fully weld the tubes to the center section, and have a good antiwrap device

Most mud boggers don't waste there time w/ all the fancy chromo's & RCV's....hope right to 2.5's. I'm running a spooled, 5.13's & 39.5 TSL's on a 60 w/ stock shafts launching @ 3500rpms. Haven't broken a shaft or hub yet.

Comparing TSLs to ags is apples to oranges Ag tires are much heavier and more aggresive

I have some pretty extensive experince when it comes to running Ags , where your TSL's will spin the Ags will hook . When you really start breaking shit is when you are sawing the wheel back and forth looking for traction .

In my experience the stock 30-spline stub shafts do not hold up very well. I broke two of them and found a third one twisted on my rig with 160 HP, auto trans, and 13/38 TSL's in about 2 years of riding. You also won't break stuff that much running just mud but rather when you get into the rocks or down in deep ruts and stuff when the tires are bound up. I've since upgraded to 35-spline chromo stubs, along with plain ol' Spicer u-joints and factory non-necked down inners and have not broken anything (knock on wood) in the front axle for at least 5-6 years now and running much larger 39.5x15 TSL's.

Speaking of inner shafts, I believe the stock CUCV will have the non-necked down shafts from the factory but you should confirm. I also broke one of the original necked down inners on mine.
