I washed off all the dirt. I dont know how bad the windshield frame is tweeked, But it doesn't look too good. Also, Im afraid to open the tailgate. I don't know if it will close again.
Yours is still in good shape. It'll rub out.
I drove home at 70mph for over an hr on I-5. Drove great except for a couple air leaks from the windows.

For $100 bucks, you can't lose.
And if for some reason it's doesn't happen, I got a few '84ish-'88 something Subs you can grab stuff off before they head to scrap.
Dont you dare put good sheetmetal on that rig jeff! That should be a sin![]()
I need both front doors at least, We'll the passenger for sure. I can pound out the huge dent in the drivers door and just get a window for that one.
In 2 weeks we are going on a run to Last Chance Canyon. And right around that time there is a car crush at the local 4 Wheel Parts. They promised me at lest 5 cars so I won't only have 2 like last time.
Sounds like you need one of these
Where is Last Chance Canyon? What day is that?

man, thats to bad. i hope you can turn it into something positive.
. Personally I would do some extreme sheet metal surgery and make it into an Avalanch type rig. Taper the rear and nose, maybe do flay fender type wheel well openings up front. Maybe ya might have to remove and replace the windshield frame. Or go custom windshield frame with a flat piece of Lexan, thats almost indistructable. Something easily replacable/removable. Full cage with 76' up removable half top. Just took a moment to think of all that
