Thats the pin and lock ring that holds the 14ff hub together. Go to the junkyard. Should be easy to find there.

They have them at the Stealership, I just picked up about the same thing, two retaining rings, pack of 5 keys, only way they would sell them, and 2 u-joint straps, $36
