As the title states I would like to use WFO Concepts crossover 10 bolt knuckle with the Sky Mfg crossover steering arm. Does anyone know if this should work? Or to put it another way, are all knuckles drilled and tapped to the same pattern? Thanks.

Yes they are all drilled the same pattern, some arms have a 4th hole that isn’t in the factory knuckles but aftermarket knuckles will have them

I run their knuckle and steering arm on one of my trucks and the arm is not specific to their knuckle.

I did not know Sky Manufacturing was still in business selling square body parts. I bought something from them for my 1991 V3500 crew cab about 20-years ago that did not work out so well.
