This is a new steering arm made for high steer. It's the springless type arm made by WFO that uses shims. The arm has been drilled out for a 3/4" bolt for use with a heim joint.
Yes, it is painted yellow but it is a good paint job that was primed first. I did mask off the mating flange and the tapered seats for the nuts. Scuff it up and paint it whatever color you'd like.
