What 3/4 ton suspension parts can I use?

I have pretty nice '73 Blazer. I found a '73 chevy 2wd 3/4 ton truck that the guy wants to part out. Can anyone tell me what I could use from this truck? Is there an advantage to using just the leaf springs, or should I convert everything from a 4x4 3/4 ton including the axles.
 
If you have a 350 in yours then just use the axles for better strength wheelin. If you have a big block or diesel then you may want to swap the leafs.

The truck thats getting parted out is a 2wd. So really the only thing that will be of any use will be the rear axle and rear leafs. If they are 56"ers then you might want them, not sure what your plans are for the blazer. If its got a full floater in the rear I would grab that, it will have the same spring spacing as your k5 so it would swap right in
 
Yep, if it's a 14ff rear axle then grab it and the 2wd steering box for a crossover steering upgrade. Might want to grab the driveshaft also since it would be long you could have it cut down if you lift your blazer (lot less money to have one cut down versus having one built from scratch).
 
yep goodys to grab.

2wd steering box
rear springs if not all worn out
rear axle with ebrake cables intact if not shot .
rear drive shaft for cheep mod to yours
good sheet metal for front end spares doors also.
basicly anything you might need or can sell for cash.
 
basically everthing you can get...thats how i got my d60/14ff i bought a truck from a guy who wanted the diamond plate bed and frame, he put new cab, 2wd crossmember & frontend & new fenders part of the swap i insalled a winch up againt back of cab make some quick connect pins and a boom for a wrecker on the bed...i knew it was all''junk'' to him i dismounted everything wiper(linkage)/blower motor,.ashtray to headliner to crossmember spacer & bolts threaded back on the crossmember, Rearview-doorpanels steering column...vent doors..everything
