You guys were definitely right about the benefits of a flip kit and I also got some really great shocks. I put a DIY4X flip, a set of 6" shackles, and a 2" zero rate on the rear of my K10 pickup with stock 52" springs to replace the 5.5" blocks that were there when I bought the truck. It had always looked like it was saggy in the back. I also installed greasable bushings/bolts. Several months back I had installed ORD Greasables in the front. While I was at it, I needed new rear shocks anyway so I got a set of four Edelbrock extreme IAS shocks and what a difference. I had complained before about the ride of my truck, but it totally transformed the ride of the truck. The rear shocks were wore out and it still rides better with the Edelbrocks and the flip kit. It sits a little high in the back now but the fender gaps look the same and when I add a load it should still ride good. I couldn't be happier. I will add some pics later. Thanks for all the info that helped me do this.

Oh, by the way, I also added a ORD steering box brace and it really tightened up the steering and made it feel much more solid.

Thanks again,

Tom

I'm glad you're enjoying your new flip kit and shocks. I noticed a big difference when I changed my suspension too so I know your excitement. (though it has been a while) :wink1:
