What amp fuse for the Orange wire that goes from Junction block to Air Box resistor harness??

On my 1974 Blazer there is a junction block on the firewall. One goes to the starter I think, but the the other is an Orange wire with a fuse holder that goes to the A/C Heat Air Box resistor harness.

It keeps blowing 10 amp and 15 amp, so I put a 30 amp in it. It has not blown, but I need to know the correct amperage for the fuse so I don't start a fire.

It should be a 30 amp.
