What is interesting is that I replaced the door pins and I still have the same issue. Maybe over times all doors move to the rear as a result of movement in the hinge attached to the pillar.

They shouldn't, those are a pretty robust attachment. Then again, the way that frame flex screws with the body/doors, there may be something to that. I have a bad hinge that I need to re-do as well, just have to take the time to deal with it.
