See the little black bracket on the side, above the rear window? WTF is it? There's one on each side. They appear factory, but IDK.

Roof rack mounts? Needs 4 though. Or the front clamped to the rain gutters.
Aftermarket roof rack. The ones I've seen -- on a Burb, too -- were in a set of four.
