What are these lines for?

Anybody know what these vac lines go to? My TBI runs fine, but these lines aren't going anywhere? The one in the smaller circle actually blows air when the truck in running. The line in the larger circle connects to the silver thingy at the end of the arrow. PO has a screw in this vacuum line.

The bottom one, connecting to your EGR (the UFO shaped thing) should go to a fitting on your throttle body. It needs vacuum to operate properly.

The other one may go to your heat/AC system, but it's hard to tell in that photo. Do you have any more angles?

Raining here now. I'll get more photos when it stops. Is there a diagram for all the vacuum line routing somewhere?

My truck has a nice sticker on the radiator support ... right in front.
