What are these trans/t-cases worth?

I am wondering if the following 2 combos are close enough in value for an even trade, both are complete and in working condition. I know that it all depends on what someone wants, but dollar for dollar average selling price are they close? Or which is more?


TH350 with a shift kit, shifts real firm, and a 205 with a slip yoke output

and

TH700R4 with a 208

I'd say the 350/205 is worth a little more but that is from an offroading perspecitve. Street perspective I'd go the other route. Dollar for dollar though I'd still have to say the 350/205 should bring more.
