I just got this blazer not too long ago and I went through the motor and cleaned it up everything looked good and found one broken wire coming out of the wire harness below the distributer and found a wire connection missing from my ac unit on the fire wall and I'm pretty sure it that so tommorow I will get some wire and run it and see what happens ac is not working.
But anyway I found these tubes coming out of my rear end and front end are these like breather tubes I don't remember seeing these on other trucks I have owned.I trying to figure out how to upload pictures from my phone .

They are vent tubes. Gases can build up in the axles and transmission. There are 4 tubes, 2 axles, tranny and transfer case. If your going to do any serious wheeling with potential for water, run those tubes up the firewall to the highest point.

Here are my tubes run right beside the wiper motor (highest point in the engine bay) and topped off with some filters.

Are you talking about the rubber hoses that come off of the top of the axle then attaches to the frame ? If so then yes, they are just what you suspect, breather lines :D.
