What are ZERO rates? pictures?

Zero rates bolt to the leaf spring pack. They can be used to move the axle forward or back 1" to center the axle when using a shackle flip. They also add used to give some additional height.

Heres a pic of my DIY zero rates installed. Very easy to make. I had to install mine for tie rod clearance. Mine are also a bit longer than manufactured leafs.
Here's another pic on my front axle. Same reason - needed clearance for the tie-rod when I did cross-over.
