I have a 89 F-350 4x4 tow truck with a dolley and I was wondering what sort of axles are on it?

89 will be a kingpin, hi-pinion D60. rear should be the 10.25, but i don't know my newer ford stuff too well, it could maybe be a D70 also.

'89 will be a D60 solid axle.

TTB was first installed on Ford trucks in 1980, and used in both 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton trucks.

1 ton trucks received the solid front axle. VERY rarely, 1 ton's of this era were manufactured with factory TTB front suspension, but this is ultra rare to find.

1980-1986 F350's have the D50 TTB. In '86 they switched back to the high pinion kingpin D60. I think they switched to balljoints in '91 or '92.
