Just wanted to get an idea of what wheel backspacing some of the CK5 members are running just to see what different amounts of backspacing look like.

Pics would be awesome.

I'm running 3.5 in backspacing on 15x8 wheels. Pics to come today after I finish my 8 lug swap.

Same here, except I added weld-on beadlocks. Tires stay nicely tucked under the truck and dont stick out much.

42's on 15x8's with 2.75" backspacing. The tires stick out just enough to keep the body away from embankments, etc. The width of my Ford is basically identical to a Blazer with 38x12.5's on "regular backspacing" 16x10's. Not sure if this will help you much:

I couldn't fine a good shot looking down the side of the Burb, but this should give you the idea.

Cool guys. And Beast388, your Suburban is badass!!

I'm going to be getting another K5 within the next month or two, and I'm wanting to get an idea of what the wheels/stance will look like. I really like the look of 15x10's with a 12.5" wide tire, and especially what Idaho90K5's stance looks like. If you are out there Idaho it would be awesome to know what back-spacing you have.

Anywhere from 1" to 5" depending on how much you want the wheel to stick out. Most people here running 17x9 are using H2 wheels (8 lug) which have +/- 5" of backspacing. I would think if you are ordering some new wheels then go with a 4.5" backspace which would keep the wheel mount surface right in the middle of the wheel.
