What backspacing for recentered H1 rims?!?!

Ok guys,

I'm ready to purchase some recentered H1 rims from usa6x6 but have no idea what backspacing to go with. Can I get some input from the experts (newbs need not reply)?? I have some 42/15/16.5 tsls and am running 5" of lift and the axle forward 1.5". I really want to get the best backspacing to clear these tires with minimal trimmin/body lift. Only really worried about the front clearences because there won't be a bed on my rig. Does anyone think I'll need the rims widened too? I wasn't planning on it. :dunno:
 
On the 8-bolts there is a ridge in the wheel that makes the center hit right around 4" BS. Thats where alot of people weld the centers in at home. THey most likely can do a bit more or alot less at USA6x6. As to widening, 15" tire on a 8" sounds a bit off.
 
i run the same tire on the same rim, it is a perfect fit as far as width imo. i din't re-center mine, so i can't help u there. i run a drw d60f.
 
I tried to get through on the phone with USA6x6 but got their voicemail and couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full.

I ran 3.5" back spacing on my recentered 8 bolt hummer rims and it was perfect (stuck a bit out past the body). You dont need to widen them either, I ran a 38-16-16.5 tsl with no problems at all.

I will say there are so many thread's about him and it is your decision and money but look out. It will take him for ever to get anything to ya . Even if it is on the shelf . I smell something bitter... Yeah, I know its a risk... I didn't know he was banned from pirate?! why? Well I'm not in a big hurry for the rims, but if they dont come in the 4-6 weeks they said they would take... I'll go from there

I think Daniel needs to expand his staff... maybe get a little more organized...
Thats what this mess looks like... All in all, my order is placed and I'm giving it a shot...
