I think you'll have a hard time finding a passenger car tire that is rated for that much. (1750/tire) Maybe in some of the larger tires, but 1250 or 1500 comes to mind as the most I'd seen when looking at car tires.
I'd certainly not recommend intentionally overloading tires, so if you know what the loaded weight will be, and the size you can run, should be able to narrow your search down to ones that are rated for that. I'm thinking LT's or actual trailer tires my be your only options.
If dealing with passenger car tires, I think the key may be to use only manufacturers (and maybe even models) that the OEM's are using. As with anything, there are PROBABLY some tires coming from China that would hold up, but if an OEM isn't putting them on their warrantied cars, I'd certainly not want to take the chance.
My car came OEM with 15" Nexen's (Korea) and they are still going, 45,000 miles later, no flats, some logging road abuse to boot. They'd probably have another 10K life if I had rotated them. lol
