Looks like a Tuffy to me.
I'd say yes to modified tuffy.

Their website is of little help surprisingly, couldn't find pics with the lid up. Also looks like they dont list even a universal console for square bodies anymore.

I guess judging by some of the other pics of those, maybe it is 10" wide? Sure seems wider than that with all the junk I put in there sometimes.
I run the 12” model, some others run the 10”.
I run the 12" and am convinced it's got a portal to an alternate reality with the amount of stuff it can hold.
Am I missing something? I don't see 12" listed.
That looks like its meant to be there. Nicely integrated.
It's a Tuffy. I've got the 12" and it holds tons of stuff. I love that thing.
