What Defines RV Series ?

I have a 91 k5 Scottsdale Blazer. There has been some confusion in the ordering of parts ( prob on my end ) as this is the last year from what I understand of the old body style. As well as figuring out what wire diagram to follow. This leads me to ask what defines the rv series ? Thanks all - James

R is the 2wd old body style trucks from I believe 88-91, V is the 4wd 88-91s. Yours would be a V1500 I believe. My Suburban is a V2500(89).

just tell the parts person its the old body style and solid axle frt not ifs. that will help also.
